"I had a wonderful experience while going through the process of switching insurance. And it all happened because of an eighteen year old named Dominic Pace. We started talking about seven months ago, and he promised me that he was going to keep an eye on any changes on my insurance policy. Exactly three days ago, he called me to inform me that there were some changes to my policy and that he can save me some money. So we went through all the steps and I was pleasantly surprised that he is saving me more than $150 a month. So I decided to change it. Firstly, I have been receiving consistent follow ups from Statefarm every 6 months around my policy end dates when Ive been with other companies. Every dollar counts and I make sure to always shop when irs nearing time. But I have never had to reach it to Statefarm, they consistently and reliably call and they are friendly and understanding. From a customer service side, I am extremely impressed. Most recently, Statefarms quote was more affordable and I pulled the trigger. My agent Jacob Angelillo helped me through the process and paused at every step to verify I understood and was ready to roll. He was friendly and funny through the entire process. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help walk me through it. Statefarm has been astounding, and I hope the day never comes I have to use it, but if it does I hope its this easy.
