"I had the pleasure of calling and working with Ayinde Matthews and Danielle Spencer from State Farm Insurance. They helped me with a Surety Bond and switching my card insurance from USAA to State Farm. USAA raised my rates and according to them it was because of the claims filed ( not by me ) and also inflation. They saved me a considerable amount on my car insurance while keeping the same coverage as before. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a change in anyway. I want to thank them both, for they were very polite and professional. They were also very quick to get back to me to answer any questions I might have had. Danielle also stayed after hours to assist with my calling USAA and cancelling my policy. Thank you both very much for your help."

"We recently make a claim because our damaged by a severe thunderstorm with large hail. Our State Farm agency contacted us within a couple of days to meet with us. On the day of our choosing, we meet with Ashley Korbut, a customer care specialist. We were so surprised! She was there to assist us, just assist us! Ashley briefly described the claim process and assured us the agency was there to help whenever we had questions or issues. The she went over all of our policies with us, answering any and all of our questions. We left feeling relieved and empowered with the new information provided. "We are all dealing with the skyrocketing prices of goods & services across the board recently. So, yesterday when my mom was contacted by Allstate & promised to save her $600 per year on her auto insurance without changing her coverage, she JUMPED on it. Thank goodness Mark Shivcharan had her back! He respectfully thanked her for being a long time client & was sincerely sorry he couldn't save her that kind of money. He even went so far as to place a 3 way call to the new agent, just to make sure Mamacita wasn't getting hosed, but requested to look over her declarations page just to be sure. So, I emailed the documents to him as soon as I got to Mom's today. Turns out, the new agent had completely mislead her & dropped her bodily injury coverage from $100,000 to $10,000, after promising the exact same coverage several times😲😡. Mark even voiced to both Mom & the Allstate agent that something wasn't right with this new policy. We are so thankful for Mark & the Ayinde Matthews State Farm agency today! He even placed another 3 way call to expose the fraud, cancel the policy, have Mom REMOVED from their call list for her protection, & even managed to knock a few dollars off her premium for safe driving. Had he not taken the initiative & care he did, Allstate would have already deducted the more than $600 premium from Mom's account & she would have been SOL missing that money for 7-10 business days☹️. It is shameful that Allstate would employ an agent that would flat out lie to take advantage of one of our Florida seniors. I found it to be super unethical & just plain gross. I'm a life long State Farm client myself & have never been treated with the care Mom got from the Ayinde Matthews State Farm agency. I'm actually going to change agents myself ASAP. Thank you Mark!
